In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, the hotel is entitled to deduct the cost of the first night's stay. Cancellation and refund of funds are not provided for Non-Refundable tariffs. Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the season and special offers and are indicated at the time of booking. |

Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours before arrival, as well as in case of no-show, the guest will be charged a fine equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
In case of early departure, a refund for unused nights will not be made, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the fare.
For bookings with a Non-Refundable rate, cancellations, changes in dates of stay and refunds are not allowed.
